Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. After leaving gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. She was one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her undergraduate studies. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to stage in the year of 2015. She continued where she was at in her previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a few more years and set new goals every year. In 2009 she won four more Fitness titles. She was an NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. The young IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel has taken six years off from competition after earning her pro card to finish her education at college. Her return came in October of 2015 when she competed in her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished in third place. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage three months later and took home the 6th place at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was not just proud about her achievement. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel's physical condition continues to improve each year. The body part that Ariel likes for training includes her lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent rows with one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. as well as seated rows. She warms up before moving into her workouts. Ariel prefers to make the most of her time. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10 and 12 reps. This similar routine two times per week. The first day is light weight day and the day she is heavier weight.
