Adelaide Clemens

Born and raised from Brisbane Australia. She is the daughter of a British father. Clemens started working on Australian TV while still at high school. The actress starred in the role of Juliet on the show Blue Water High in 2006 and then starred in a role in the role of Alison as part of The Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji children's program in 2007. Clemens, who played Harper the following year on Showtime's Love My Way drama was nominated for the Logie Awards as the Graham Kennedy Award winner for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens starred in Dream Life (2008), a dramatic MTV Networks Australia film. The film starred Sigrid Thornton Xavier and Samuel Linda Cropper Andrew McFarlane. The next year, Clemens was the brand new face of Jan Logan jewelery. Clemens moved from California to Los Angeles in the year 2009. Clemens played Xandrie in the 2010 movie Wasted on the Young. Clemens appeared in Camilla Dickinson (2012) together with Gregg Sulkin Cary Elwes Samantha Mathis. The film was a re-imagining of the novel written in 1951 of the same name by young-adult novelist Madeleine L'Engle.She portrayed teenager Heather Mason in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. This film about horror was based on Silent Hill 3, a Survival horror game. It was also an expansion of Silent Hill. Clemens played the main character as a young Valentine Wannop, a suffragette in Parade's End. Clemens had a role in Luke Evans' 2012 horror film The film No One Lives. She also appeared in 2013's film The Great Gatsby based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel with the same name. Catherine Wilson was the older sibling to Myrtle Wilson portrayed by Isla Fisher. Clemens plays Tawney in Rectify, a 2013 Sundance Channel miniseries developed with Ray McKinnon. The actress will be joined by Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto in the independent drama The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
