She's been a thought partner helping to implement business and people-related strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans through the management of performance and organizational processes, employee engagement, and change management. She believes that learning is the most important aspect of leading. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leadership and coaches with demonstrated results. These experiences helped develop organizations that were characterized by creativity in learning as well as the capacity to adapt.
